Allah commands justice.
[Al-Quran Chapter 16: verse 90]
Allah says to the believers that they must do justice even to their enemies and that the hatred of a people should not prevent them from being just.
[Al-Quran Chapter 5: verse 8]
Furthermore, when they testify, they should be just even if it is against their near relatives.
[Al-Quran Chapter 6: verse 152]
